I paid and I was waiting to get it. The seller emailed me that the free shipping is not available anymore. Now it is $ 199.00. I refused to pay $ 199.00 shipping for an offer with an initial 'Free Shipping'. I asked the Creative Artist to honor the initial offer. His reply was to cancel my order choosing "The buyer used the wrong ad dress". It may be comforting to know that there is a marketplace for value pricing, that it keeps sellers like The Creative Artist in business and that no peoduct goes to waste, regardless of quality control.
