    This transaction was a nightmare from the beginning.  I asked for clarification that the headphones were really sealed & was assured they were. When they arrived, they were not factory sealed at all. I just dont understand why a seller would list something as new when it is not. I paid $123 because I believed they were new. These are hard to find & I was excited to find a new sealed pair. He would not respond when I messaged about it. He offered no explanation or solution. Atrocious experience.
