    needs help

    Too hard to operate

    difficult to maneuver through all the menus Led me to the wrong place. Got it specifically because the map were supposed to be updated Does not connect well from the windshield to the device. the 4 prongs do not hold well. Had to buy a Garmin and pay extra. No detailed booklet for problem solving. Had the sound then it quit don't know what I turned off

    Not a good buy.

    it tells you you're going to fast when you're not ! Doesn't take you by the shortest route & doesn't know streets that have been their forever. The voice should be louder.
