As described, but in the description, it says all items are inspected, and ready to be installed. However, the rear wheel bearings were completely locked up due to corrosion. I contacted the seller, and RAGINGCYCLES said, they assume that buyers will just change the bearings when purchased, which could be true, but then they're misleading by saying they're read to install. No discount was offered, or considered.

Super fast shipping and I would source from again.
