Outer bag was completely off & the main bag only had one side holding 3 sides had been torn. The corners had been beat up. It must have fell out of the packaging onto one of the corners. A 10 by 10 by 1.5 weighs 42lbs & was shipped in 2 thin bubble pack envelopes. If you need the corners in good shape you should let them know before they ship it.

Seller shipped the day after the order, but tracking indicated USPS lost the shipment. I messaged the seller. He/she indicated they would contact USPS to initiate a search. If they didn't find it by the following Monday, they would ship a new one. Tracking indicated the seller initiated a lost package search the next day. Seller shipped a replacement by FedEx the following Monday without any additional communication.
