    Does what it says.

    I've used this for years. It will release tape from the lace which makes it easier to clean the lace base and reduce wear and tear on it. It's not gooey or sticky. A bit more expensive than it seems it should be, but worth it in the long run. Very highly recommended if you use lace or monofiliment base.
