    Item packed well. The cover warms up quick. Its soft and looks good. Straps are short, couldn't get a good tight fit so it slides when I first get into the truck. One of the straps I had going around the headrest posts broke. Seller reached out to make sure I was satisfied and when I mentioned the strap, they are sending me a replacement unit, no questions asked. They have communicated with me every step of the way and are quick to respond. Good value overall. A+++

    The seat warmer gets toasty hot. I can't speak for its longevity cuz I've only been using it for a short time. It does do something that I think is odd compared to other seating heaters I've owned in the past. This particular model must hit some kind of heat threshold when it gets nice and toasty and then shuts off and starts cooling down to some point before it turns back on and heats up again and the cycle continues as you're driving. I've owned other heating pads that just simply stay on
