The seller decided to refund the cost of the product (which he didn't have to do that.... but appreciated). Unfortunately the screws that hold the spindle on the deck were missing. But, that's ok... I'll make it work. Maybe the old screws will work... again, this seller is a diamond in the rough.. please consider ordering from his website.....

Customer service can be hard to find anymore anywhere. It’s can be frustrating because it delays the task at hand. I’ll just go without. Probably time to ease up on EBay purchases anyway.
