    Item was NOT like new! Item was not even Very Good. Had major shelfwear and damage. AND, the seller left us very negative responses when we decided to return the item.

    I have 227 positive reviews and no negative reviews except from this reseller. The item condition was shown in the photos in the listing and clearly showed the "major damage" of a small tear on the binding. The book was sold for far under what others are currently listed for and had free shipping to boot. They waited 31 days to request the refund because they couldn't resell the book for the current school semester.
