    Good filtration device but filters are expensive

    The filtration device was easy to install once you found the right adapter. No leakage once it was properly installed. Filtered water flow is somewhat slow but that was to be expected. The device swivels for your convenience but when it does, it seems to loosen the attachment. I just hand-tighten when necessary and it's no problem. Filters are expensive but the purified water tastes good so I guess it's worth it.

    PUR Filter Problem being corrected

    This filter arrived quickly. However, when installed and the water was turned on, a severe vibration in the water pipes occurred. This is known as "water hammer." It was traced to the new filter unit. The filter had installed easily and had no leaks. I contacted PUR and they suggested that the filter be replaced. They said this was an odd occurrence. They sent a return UPS label to mail the filter back at their cost. At this point in time, the replacement filter has not arrived. I presently have a PUR filter of a different design that works well - but the "replace indicator" light burned out. This was the reason for purchasing the new unit. Our present PUR filter does a great job in making the tap water taste really good. I expect the replacement unit to also do a great job - ...

    Good product

    I had to redo this because I had not opened it..but it looked fine...there were pieces missing, luckily I had the old one...did not want to send it back, takes too long....but I do love the pur water purifier...

    Water Filter is sleek
