    Where to start? After a lengthy delay a completely different ball point pen appeared: NOT the advertised Rotring Freeway but a Rotring Skynn---of course in a different shade of blue AND also missing the cap this Skynn model is supposed to come with! A funny looking bulbous pen! Didn't even bother to complain given the price. The 'bait and look-alike switch' was obviously a willful "substitution". Ridiculous waste of time! AVOID!
