I ordered some 1600 Lumin lightbulbs as described in the listing,(see pic). I received 250-600 Lumin lightbulbs.(see pic) I explained I was disappointed and asked for a refund. They asked me for a photo which I sent. I asked them if I should return them. They said too much trouble. They then offered a partial refund of $3 and said I should give the bulbs to my friend. I told them to keep the $3.00. What a scam.
