It was shipped in cheap substandard Chinese cardboard not meant for Individual shipping. It was smashed on all sides an corners and before opening I was sure the plastic would be cracked or crushed. There was no internal cushioning or bubble wrap whatsoever . Fortuately the RV vent was robust enough to make it. Good review given , but you got lucky it made it undamaged.

Seem pretty solid. Had no problems with anything fitting into the hub. Only had one problem with the castle lock nut not fitting on the axel nut but they refunded me what it cost to buy new ones. Great communication and service. Would definitely recommend to others and would also buy again myself.
