Great for standard use, just browsing, watching videos, light gaming, etc. I got the upgrade for 16GB RAM, and 1TB SSD. I believe it may have nVME m.2 for main storage. I got Windows 11 Home, but because I think it's nVME m.2, I was not able to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro, it won't show/list the storage drive for installing new Windows version. I think there is way in BIOS setting. But overall good laptop.

There was a tear in the outer shipping box from FedEx, however the internal contents were not damaged.
