    Shipping time was awful, I contacted the seller a couple days after I purchased the system to ask when it was going to ship, they said there would be a tracking number provided the next morning, but I only got the tracking number 2 days later and the item only actually shipped 3 days after that.     Good value. Intuitive product.

    Works as described. I did a lot of research on the various types of code readers on the market. For me, and my use this product was the right choice. The online and printed user guide is easy to use. Updating the software via usb cable was easy and didn't take very long.

    Autel AL629

    Product works great, I was able to find the code in order to fix my problem. I had a problem with updating the scanner, so I had to remove the Micro SD and use an SD adapter to update the scanner.
