Seller stated item not in stock(even though a shipping label was created}, and asked "if I wanted a refund", then selected reason for refund was buyer canceled and requested refund. Suspiciously, the same item was immediately relisted with a higher price revision, showing 5 in stock and 2 sold. Same item purchased by another buyer and didn't receive it. Fishy business
