    Received the wrong item, seller contacted me right away to let me know that it was wrong and offered to fix but has not. I have been going back and forth with them for 2 weeks now and I kept getting promised pictures that they will repost the item and they have yet to do so. It's been weeks and they seemed more interested in making sure they got the wrong items they shipped back then making sure i got what I initially paid for. Horrible communication and terrible experience.

    We mixed up the shipping labels, we did apologize and we did the best we could to fix the issue. We communicated throughout the whole process thoroughly, sending the initial communication and explaining the error to the customer, we communicated throughout the entire process. The long wait was mainly because we needed the correct to be sent back to us. We took an additional 2 weeks to upload the product again, due to personal factors. The conclusion was a discount, plus an item at no cost.
