Instead of contacting me for a physical address, seller managed to give package to FedEx anyway, and package was rerouted to a nearby CVS. My name or address apparently weren’t on the tracking info, so I couldn’t inquire with FedEx about it. Seller did give me a refund (partial at first, full later), but was very uncooperative about sharing info related to package.
