    Great buy. Both TK-8360 radios are in good condition, easily programmed for GMRS use and I can confirm that the voice scrambler works on the radios I purchased. Output into a dummy load was 3.2 watts on low, 18.7 watts on mid and 31.2 watts on high in the GMRS frequencies. May buy a couple more of these.
