Seller came back with " are you sure you put it together correctly " It's 3 pieces that a 5 yr old can snap together, so yes. Seller casually insinuated that I must be confused. I suggested a discount since smaller ones sell for less $$. Seller offered return, but its a hassle to go to USPS. I have a question for the seller, "Are you certain that the sky is sometimes blue?" I mean you could be mistaken.

I even wrote to the seller, asking if it had both inch and mm scales. Which he said it did. When I received it, I found it had inch measurements on one side and decimal equivalents of the fractions on the other. Not metric. But I can use it as is, just will need to make conversions myself for metric situations.
