    Thank you, fast shipping. Great value at a greatly reduced price. Brand new condition unit well packaged to protect the box and speakers. Excellent surround performance for the size it is and packs plenty of bass. I have multiple other full surround systems with receivers costing thousands each and this takes up less space, uses less energy is comparable. When multiple family member inform you to turn it down you know it’s good. Hope to buy another.

    All in all a fair quality set up, as I expected from JBL. My need was not met however. I decided to upgrade both TV and sound. The Oled TV puts out incredible Dolby Atmos sound, along with that great....GREAT picture. This system just did not have the immense, DEEP all around, pass through, sound. It is clean and a very good starter set up. I wanted more. I purchased a Tuner and speakers geared in my direction. The system I wanted and acquired is into 3x the $...to start. I want what I want.

    There are some audio quirks from the JBL 9.1, and there limited settings. I hooked it ups via eARC and realized that the provided HDMI cord wasn't working. I replaced it and it was fine. There was also a couple times the sound was compromised in some way. The first time it was the sound cutting completely out, like the speakers were blown. Same thing again twice more. I again replaced the HDMI cord and it seems fine now.

    Rocks my bedroom

    Great system for my bedroom. My wife keeps telling me it’s too loud but that’s how I like it. 😀 I dare not turn it up all the way. I’d lose more hearing than I have already. It’s not the best system you can get but for the price it does a pretty good job. Im putting together a Sonos system in the living room. Can’t wait to have all of the components for that. Christmas will be here soon.

    Faulty system that sounds good... Just not $1000 good

    After trying this out at best buy I just had to have one. I ended up getting one that was defective (displayed no signal when I tried to turn the volume up or down). The sound was great but many people are having issues with this setup so keep that in mind. After reading multiple reviews I decided to take it back and do more research. If you like the bass the 9.1 gives you should 100% consider the Nakamichi 9.2.4...$900 refurbished from retailer with 1 year warranty. Outstanding bass and the Atmos effects are incredible. The soundbar doesn't sound as good as a Bose or Sonos Arc but the surround sound and subwoofer combo is the best in the market for the price. There's so much sound output and customization that the 9.1 doesn't have.

    Perfect for me!

    This product is great for what I needed it for. I wanted a nice theater sound in my man cave and this definitely delivers. The sub doesn’t rattle and the sound is really clear. Took a while for me to setup on my projector but that may have been human error. I was trying to do the Sonos system but it was relativiely expensive, this is definitely a great backup. And the two completely wireless side speakers is a game changer!
