    It's a Beast!

    I had never heard of this brand but after reading some reviews and checking out their website I thought I'd try it. The claim of 1hp was hard to believe but I figured it must have something and well, it does! The first thing I did with it was attach a cutoff disc and took it to some 1/8" plate. It just ate it up! You have to put a substantial amount of weight on it to make it bog down. My old CP would not even scratch the surface. The trigger is big and easily engaged, not finicky like some safety triggers. The sound is also nice and quiet, a low growl rather than that high pitch whine. I will be looking at getting the 6265 angle grinder in the near future. My only complaint would be that this unit is big, so if you need to get into a tight spot, it could be a struggle but the performance ...
