They truly took the time to ensure my item would not be damaged during shipping. I really appreciated it. I will definitely purchase from this seller again & I would highly recommend them. Instead of contacting me for a physical address, seller managed to give package to FedEx anyway, and package was rerouted to a nearby CVS. My name or address apparently weren’t on the tracking info, so I couldn’t inquire with FedEx about it. Seller did give me a refund (partial at first, full later), but was very uncooperative about sharing info related to package.
