The shipper taped the figure card backing to the bottom of the box and did not include any packing paper or other media to stop things from shifting in the big open box. This resulted in the figure arriving off of the card with the figure and bubble no longer attached to the card back. Also the tape can't be removed from the card backing as it will tear it.
