    Due to no fault of the seller the swan arrived damaged. Packaging was fantastic but I think the USPS used the box for target practice for a semi truck. In spite of that, damage was minimal. The seller was wonderful and showed grace and I definitely recommend this shop. Definite class act. The bird was beautiful and just as described. Great communication, packaging.
