I informed the seller and they told me they woul refund me, or they would send me a verified working unit. They sent me a picture of a unit with power ran to it and all LED indicator lights on and no faults and asked would I like to have that one sent to me or would I prefer a refund. I chose the replacement. The replacement was rush shipped to me.
