    I received an order for an Epson 502 ink bundle, item # 296939108259. Apparently, the product packaging was cut open with a knife, and the ink bottles were rolling around loose inside the shipping box. It was my understanding that I was ordering a new, unused product. I am very upset that the seller sent me a product that has been tampered with. I am wondering if this is even genuine Epson ink. There appears to be no way to contact the seller directly.
