    I was a bit worried when the meter arrived as there was room allowing it to shift in the box, but after opening it I saw they had packed it safely with padding on all 6 sides. The 34401a was as described, no front panel output and a beep on power on. Meter was as advertised parts/repair. Looks like a major input overload inside - lots of flash/burn. Might be able to fix, it might just be used to part out, we'll see. Satisfied with seller.
