    Nice painting, but damaged in shipping (interior space not filled, box caved), spent a few hours of my time & inconveniences chasing this issue with no compensation.

    When Buyer reported the damage, I filed a claim with UPS. They wanted to examine the damage to the painting and the way it was packaged. Buyer refused to make an appointment with UPS representative to examine the painting so they would reimburse for the cost of the repair. Buyer has received a painting that is worth about $25,000 for $2500 and wanted $150 for the repairs but refused to allow anyone to examine the damage.
