The only issue with the palette was that it was not wrapped or have the original clear cover directly on the eyeshadows. I think with that missing it has caused a few of the colors to dry out. Some colors don't go on as effortlessly as others. However, there are just a few. The price and condition of the product, overall, to me, was a good value.
