    New quality as indicated. Price was very competitive. Arrived in good condition. The picture is of the 3rd Edition, but the 4th Edition was shipped, which was ok with me. Appearance is a little different as the cover isn't the same but again that's ok. Shipping seemed a little long, but I wasn't in a super hurry so a few more days was ok, plus it came book class which takes a little longer and tracking isn't as good. Overall, I would buy from again.

    Neck book

    A friend showed this book to me, so I bought my own. The only thing I would like it to have is an index, but I can get by without the index because the book is an easy “ read “. I do recommend it for exercises to ease the pain.
