It keeps my food pretty cold too. The construction seems pretty durable and waterproof. The zippers are very smooth and don't snag on things. The water bottle holders on the sides are big enough for a 1-liter bottle too. It could fit tupperware containers better if it was an inch longer but it stretches to fit.
