Purchased with other items, the package was handled with care, as always shipped promptly, with all items well cushioned! Always Great prices, great service, great quality!! Since it was described as new I contacted the seller to see if I could get a discount but they said I should return it to Ebay. Not worth the hassle to return it because the car was undamaged. I was disappointed with response I received from Tainz.
