Communicated with the seller that the axes I received were very, very much darker than the pictures in his listing and asking if we could switch to a lighter pair. He responded that "that was all he had". I would have to pay return shipping anyway, so we will keep them. The seller did not take the extra step and place item in a shipping box or some kind of bubble mailer. They just put the shipping label on the original box and sent it out. Since this was a gift, it was impossible to rip the shipping label off. I had to get a generic gift box and re-box the knife. I did contact the seller and they blamed it on USPS. *Packaging is not the responsibility of USPS.*
