During the the day, I got 2 notifications text + email telling me it was delivered. The reason why I didn't recognize it was because of the outstanding packing Souremax did on this order. I ordered 40 metal hangers, they were bundled in 10's, tied with rubberbands ( to hold together) wrapped in bubblewrap, and taped very tightly. 1st class service to do for your customers. The one I received suffered from a broken base plate, I contacted the seller and they went above and beyond by replacing the entire item with a new one even though all I needed was a new base. Their communication was timely and supportive. I recommend this seller and if I need another display case I'll buy from them again!
