Has a large very visible stain on the sleeve that the seller did not disclose in the description and claims they did not notice (hard to miss). Very nonchalant about this and offered no resolution other than just return it. Did not offer a partial refund to cover the cost of dry cleaning. When they received it, they said it was stained. I told them that I hadn't seen any stain when I sent it, and offered a refund if they sent it back. They refused and instead wanted $20 and keep the item. I said the item was worth more than that, and again offered them to return it. They refused again and threatened to leave negative feedback if I didn't do as they wanted. I wouldn't be bullied. So that's what they did. Very poor conduct
