    Did not receive the product. When contacted seller he replied it was sent & he send a tracking number I already had . Then stated "it is out of my hands". Not a good reply! This has been a pain. Even if I receive a refund, I will not buy from them. Do not buy from this seller unless you want to deal with arrogance. We'll see if I get a refund.

    You were given a refund and tracking shows this item was delivered. Yes I did state it was out of my hands as it was in the post office and showing tracking when I was contacted. What you see as arrogance I see as simple fact. Again, you got your refund and product.
