    This is completely untrue. I advised him I would do one or the other once the Delivery deadline had past. Which is over a week from now. Ebay Tracking showed it was still in route, but going to be late due to weather issues. A week ago he opened a fraudulant claim that said he received the wrong item, without receiving it. He kept harrassing me even though date of Delivery hadnt come yet. Ebay paid the refund because I was not at fault. This buyer was Rude, condesending and harrassing.
