My order contained a very heavy/large crystal salad bowl. It arrived late, but miraculously in the same condition as in the description.

    Returned and refunded. Upon opening, the item wasn’t as described. The bag had signs of wear & tear along with an unpleasant smell. While I appreciate recycled packaging, it could’ve been more secure. I understand mistakes happen, so I'm not holding it against the seller. Just a suggestion to double-check listings, items, & packing in the future to avoid inconveniencing buyers. Shipping cost was fine, just slow considering our distance but will blame USPS for that. Value of wasn't worth hassle.
