At first I thought it was a used piece but there is clearly no signs of bolt on marks so definitely is a factory quality control issue. The box did came damage I don’t know if that play ed part but header was cover with bubble wrap. Feels like polish aluminum and not stainless steel. For looks if mint : YES.
