It sat in the rain until I found it a day later on 7/16. Your delivery notification didn't come until 2 1/2 days after delivery on 7/17. An "out for delivery" came a 1/2 day later on 7/17. My 40 lb. bag of birdseed was ruined. I was forced to throw it away. Due to your untimely notifications, ebay, you are responsible. You need to refund me $18.47 forthwith.
