    Couple weeks & seeing problems

    set up was quickly, but little trouble w/ Wifi connect. Blck&wht print fine. This week use copy function; found scaner is bad, front side, 1/8 of the page prn-out faded, and color prn is not good - grainy. tech can't help becuase it's used purchased. on line forum suggested things, driver reload, etc. nothng work. Knowingly being deceptive. Think model is a good one, just this one is defected in area that are not obvious to buyer. Could have buy a $30.00 blk & wht Prn to get the same job done; only function this prn does okay is Blk & Wht printing, nothing else it seems

    Great product and value for the money; would buy again

    Great wireless color laser printer. Have it for home use and not at all disappointed with it. Ink usage is good. have used the sheet feeder for scanning and it has done a great job with no missfeeds! Would buy this product again.

    dell printer

    I already had this printer and used it extensively. The printer needed a part and it was easier and cheaper to buy a new printer and keep my other one for parts if I need to. I had extra ink catridges so it was cheaper to find the same printer I already had. I was pleased with the way this printer worked and wanted to find the same printer. The box was damaged, but from what I saw on line as to the damage I could tell it did not effect the printer.

    Good buy.

    I had one just like this one for 11 years and it finally broke down. If I didn't like it I would not have bought this one. The refills are very cheap.
