I reached out to them same day looking for a resolution. I wanted to still get my item and offered to send the wrong item back to get the correct one. They sent a label and told me to send the item back to get a refund which I did on 4/2 and it was delivered back 4/8. On 4/10 I had to check in back in to get the refund. Overall a lot of back and forth and was frustrating to not get the item in the end.

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. The item was used and an old keyboard, but not in ideal condition, so I think the price was a little too high.
