I contacted the seller and he said “well at least it’s new and unused.” Even though the box was opened and damaged and the crockpot had scratches. The seller then told me “If you don’t like it, ship it back.” (At my expense). When I asked him if he was planning to send me the correct color that I ordered he said “Sorry, that’s the only one I had.”
