Pretty sad didnt even get to try to unlock it. Dead on arrival. i have the same type chromebook and i ordered this one to back up the one i already have. exact model of chromebook. left chromebook plugged into charger for a couple of hours and not even a blib on the screen. also even if battery is bad the chromebook should work off the power supply. pretty bad, never order from them .

The box was destroyed because it was mostly empty. I told the delivery driver it was all right and just an old keyboard, and probably all right. But additional packing material would have been a good idea. The item was used and an old keyboard, but not in ideal condition, so I think the price was a little too high.
