    Item required a good bit of assembly but all parts and instructions were packaged and in great shape. The item was shipped quickly at no cost to me and arrived by UPS on time. A small amount of rust was present but with a little spray paint it now looks new. Price was much better that big box stores who sent me the wrong sized carrier at a higher price. Item was shipped from Home Depot which was a little confusing. I would recommend this vendor to others.

    Very unhappy with the seller. Advertised they had the parts, reached out to see what the tracking eta would be. Then told me they were back ordered and would be about a week. Several days later get a tracking and product was shipped. Gave me a duplicate tracking to someone else’s. I reached out and they just refunded me instead of sending the parts. Lousy seller. Buyers Beware. Luckily I received my refund but was definitely sketchy
