My only suggestion would be: Seller should have inserted some bubble wrap or air pillows in the box to prevent the shaver from bouncing around in the oversize box, and should tape the box lid more securely, because the box lid was half open when it arrived. The shaver had knocked around inside the oversize shipping box, causing the shaver foil head to become slanted to one side.
