Very apparent that it was from grabbing and tossing the package without any care of its content. I inspected the dress and other than dirt, it appears to be undamaged. Going to wash on delicate tomorrow and let it air dry, Lord only knows that my dress was exposed to once the packaging was compromised! No fault on the seller’s part.
