Very nonchalant about this and offered no resolution other than just return it. Did not offer a partial refund to cover the cost of dry cleaning. When they received it, they said it was stained. I told them that I hadn't seen any stain when I sent it, and offered a refund if they sent it back. They refused again and threatened to leave negative feedback if I didn't do as they wanted. I wouldn't be bullied. So that's what they did. Very poor conduct
