      The lens came in a small, nicely packaged box wrapped in large bubble-wrap which helped avoid damage during shipping. The lens itself was in better condition than described and perfectly matched the listing. It was cheaper than any local listings as well :) Overall I think if you need a lens for your Panasonic, mine being a G7, or any other micro 4/3 camera body this is your best shop. I ordered 3 other packages that were within the USA, but this package from Japan managed to arrive first.

      Exactly what I wanted and needed!

      A great all-round lens: well made, great features, relatively compact for the focal range it offers, and as expected with Sigma products, very good value for the money. An especially good choice if you already own a Sigma1.4x or 2x converter.

      Excellent image quality in a smaller/lighter/less expensive package.

      This product is exactly what I was expecting. The lens produces great images on both full frame (5DII) and aps-c (80D) cameras. The only reason to stop down from wide open is to obtain deeper DOF; stopping down has almost NO effect on IQ. This lens is good wide open. I also have the Sigma Dock (USB) for fine-tuning lens performance. At it's best, in broad daylight, this lens does not equal similar Canon lenses for AF speed. Accurate? Yes. Fast? Adequate. I primarily shoot landscape/scenery, and my dogs in the park. This lens is more than good enough for that. I would not attempt serious field-sports shooting with this lens. This lens was 1/4 the price of a similar, new Canon lens. It is also about 70% of the size and weight of the Canon lens. I am very happy to have this lens; ...

      Great value. Excellent quality images.

      I am so impressed with the clarity and zoom on this lens. I use it for surf photography and combined with the canon 6d markii the images are fantastic in the morning (very low light) and in the brightest florida sun. For the price, it's pretty remarkable.

      lens is light weight good sharp pic's and easy to use haven't used it enough to know how durable it is but all my other sigma lens are still working after 6 years.
